A very short newsletter this month. Have just returned from a 2 day training session in Auckland hearing from our lender partners both bank and non bank. Very interesting and a real conservative approach being adopted by the main stream bank lenders. The impact from Australia and the royal commission is really having a knee tremble effect in New Zealand. Every second sentence is couched with “Responsible Lending Code”. In addition banks are trying to remove an impression of “selling” additional products. Very much is the product best suited to the client? The words are all good we just have to ensure the actions are the same.

As mentioned very short introduction this month, it has been a case of clearing emails and phone calls, hope to provide you more information next month by which stage hopefully snow is a distant memory and we are basking in extended daylight hours. Remember if we can help just touch base.
